La acci\u00f3n de YPF se desplom\u00f3 12% en Wall Street y la empresa vale US$ 1.300 millones, el valor m\u00e1s bajo del siglo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras esto, el economista al frente de YPF, Guillermo Nielsen, anunci\u00f3 que el presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez le ofreci\u00f3 un cargo por fuera de la petrolera, pero no revel\u00f3 cu\u00e1l. Algunas versiones apuntan a una embajada en un pa\u00eds lejano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El valor de mercado de la empresa se desplom\u00f3 a US$ 1.300 millones, el m\u00e1s bajo de los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os, en el momento en que la petrolera estatal busca refinanciar una deuda de US$ 6.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La salida de Nielsen fue crucial. El hombre confiado por el presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, es otra de las bajas que golpea en la Rosada. Su reemplazante ser\u00e1 un hombre puro del cristinismo que conoce, a priori, de energ\u00eda, pero mucho de gremios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La reacci\u00f3n burs\u00e1til del cambio marc\u00f3 una ca\u00edda del 6% en las acciones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. El papel de la petrolera perdi\u00f3 un 30% de valor en menos de un mes, cotizando a US$ 3,68, cuando en abril de 2017, estaba a m\u00e1s de US$ 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fe en un militante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pablo Gonz\u00e1lez, abogado de 52 a\u00f1os, viejo funcionario de los Kirchner, ex vicegobernador durante los cuatro a\u00f1os del primer mandato de Alicia Kirchner y actual diputado nacional ser\u00e1 el hombre que manejar\u00e1 los destinos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El piso alcanzado, ni siquiera sucedi\u00f3 cuando en abril de 2012 se opt\u00f3 por la expropiaci\u00f3n del 51% de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La perspectiva futura de la empresa es gris y hasta se baraj\u00f3 la posibilidad de una estatizaci\u00f3n total, algo que luego fue desmentido por el ministro Guzm\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La contracara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Wall Street, mientras los unicornios argentinos (Mercado Libre y Globant) no paran de crecer, los \u201cviejos\u201d emblemas nacionales, como YPF, Galicia y Edenor muestran otra cara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, la acci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de Galperin subi\u00f3 223% mientras que la petrolera perdi\u00f3 54% de su valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un dato de color en la exitosa biograf\u00eda empresarial de Marcos Galperin, es que el CEO de Mercado Libre, pas\u00f3 por la petrolera entre 1994-97, cuando esta era dirigida por Jos\u00e9 \u201cPepe\u201d Estenssoro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 destino hubiera tenido la compa\u00f1\u00eda si aquella \u201cJoven Promesa\u201d de YPF hubiera hecho de la compa\u00f1\u00eda lo mismo que hizo de Mercado Libre?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La empresa de Galperin ya vale casi US$100.000 millones, 60 veces m\u00e1s que YPF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
