El trazado original de Villa Mar\u00eda, encerrada en un cuadr\u00e1ngulo y a poco por los \u201c4\u201d bulevares, fue rebasado por sus pobladores. Las barriadas o villas que nacer\u00edan fuera del actual Barrio Centro obligar\u00edan a nuevas obras. El sector del hoy Barrio Rivadavia requiri\u00f3 de puntos de desag\u00fce, ya que el terrapl\u00e9n del ferrocarril embalsar\u00eda aguas de lluvia, convirtiendo en laguna o estero el Este de la villa de Ocampo. Es as\u00ed que para permitir el drenaje adecuado se construyeron a subnivel del ferrocarril tres pasos para el agua. Los rastros y presencia en el paisaje urbano de pasos subnivel son los que ilustran el presente art\u00edculo, sin incluir el m\u00e1s reciente, la gran obra en coraz\u00f3n de la ciudad, ni el antiguo t\u00fanel de los hermanos Secco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace pocos a\u00f1os fue sellado uno de los desag\u00fces, en Avenida Savio al 800 (o Yrigoyen al Norte de las v\u00edas). Algunos memoriosos y observadores lo recordar\u00e1n, la altura del mismo era no m\u00e1s de 1 metro en los \u00faltimos tiempos, punto donde se acumulaba basura.
