Descansando el sue\u00f1o final, bajo un a\u00f1oso algarrobo y un tala, con algunos \u00e1rboles j\u00f3venes entrometidos que empujan su estructura, con la complicidad de duraznillos en la isletilla de monte, la que fue una casilla tirada por caballos, hace patente el feroz paso de los a\u00f1os. Pero con hidalgu\u00eda hace presente los recuerdos que atesoran sus ruedas de hierro, el maderamen vencido y un chasis que porfiadamente contin\u00faa sosteniendo la estructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casilla de madera<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCasilla de trabajadores rurales?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es la t\u00edpica casilla tirada por caballos, que daba cobijo a buhoneros, artistas circenses de anta\u00f1o, vendedores de ilusiones, z\u00edngaros de tantas leyendas. Aparentemente fue construida para trabajadores del campo, en tiempo en que levantar una cosecha y operar maquinaria rural demandaba de muchas personas, hacia el 1900. Todo indica que sobre un chasis anterior se construy\u00f3 la casilla de madera, si bien su \u00faltimo techo fue de chapas de zinc acanalado. Desde la puerta trasera asoman los recuerdos entre las viejas tablas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruedas con historia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las cuatro ruedas de hierro pertenecen a la firma \u201cRuston.Proctor & Co\u201d de Lincoln en Inglaterra. La compa\u00f1\u00eda cambi\u00f3 de nombre y socios con el tiempo. Nacida en 1840, tom\u00f3 la denominaci\u00f3n de referencia en 1857 y la mantuvo hasta 1918, en la que volvi\u00f3 a cambiar. La construcci\u00f3n de maquinaria de vapor fue su campo industrial: tractores, locomotoras, motores port\u00e1tiles, por excelencia, incluso maquinaria de excavaci\u00f3n. En internet se encuentran fotos de maquinaria de esta prestigiosa firma inglesa, fruto de la Revoluci\u00f3n Industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
