Un estado de derecho que asegure la libertad para poder convivir. Dice, adem\u00e1s, que la fuerza no constituye derecho y que \u00fanicamente se est\u00e1 obligado a obedecer a los poderes leg\u00edtimos. El objetivo de todo pueblo es conseguir abundancia y paz. \u201cCuando m\u00e1s crece el Estado m\u00e1s disminuye la libertad.\u201d \u201cCuanto m\u00e1s numerosos son los magistrados m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil el gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rousseau dice que la democracia es una forma perfecta de gobierno que no se da nunca en forma pura. El contrato social son los principios b\u00e1sicos&nbsp; del derecho pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Bautista Alberdi se inspir\u00f3 en El Contrato Social de Rousseau para escribir su libro Bases\u2026sobre el cual se bas\u00f3 la redacci\u00f3n de nuestra Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estoy viendo, por estos d\u00edas, c\u00f3mo en Argentina se hace trizas el contrato social. Las leyes son para algunos. El tango Cambalache o los mon\u00f3logos de Tato Bores est\u00e1n m\u00e1s vigentes que nunca; lo que quiere decir que no le hemos dado ning\u00fan valor a la experiencia de todas las vicisitudes que hemos soportado para llegar a esta empobrecida democracia. Un pa\u00eds donde una persona, privada de la libertad por cometer alg\u00fan delito, gana m\u00e1s ($24.000) que un jubilado que trabaj\u00f3 honestamente e hizo los aportes durante a\u00f1os para tener una vejez digna ($16.800).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un gobierno nacional compartido por una persona llena de odio y venganza y un presidente que no resiste ning\u00fan archivo; el paradigma de la contradicci\u00f3n permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un pa\u00eds donde es un pecado tener \u00e9xito o hacer m\u00e9ritos para progresar. Siempre nivelando para abajo. Siempre mirando el barro no el azul del cielo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos viviendo unos momentos,\u00a0 agregados a la pandemia y \u2013o-no-cuarentena interminable, donde vemos c\u00f3mo se avanza sobre todas las instituciones de la Rep\u00fablica. A grandes empresas y\u00e9ndose del pa\u00eds y creando miles de desocupados. Donde el opositor a mi ideolog\u00eda es mi enemigo a destruir. Mientras, la gran mayor\u00eda del pueblo, permanece encerrado, rumiando sus tristezas, atragant\u00e1ndose con el el llanto y extra\u00f1ando a mares no poder tener contacto con los afectos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Escribe: Cristina Pablos.
