En el siglo IV A.C., en la Grecia cl\u00e1sica hubo una peste que termin\u00f3 con miles de vidas. En 1665 lleg\u00f3 a Inglaterra la Gran Peste que termin\u00f3 con la vida de m\u00e1s de 200.000\u00a0 personas. La llamada Gripe Espa\u00f1ola, en 1938, contagi\u00f3 a la mitad del mundo y murieron 50 millones de personas. La peste nunca se anticipa: invade. Es lo que nos pas\u00f3 con el Covid 19. Con la pandemia vino la cuarentena: p\u00e9rdida de libertades, el encierro; Newton descubri\u00f3 la Ley de la Gravedad en una cuarentena. A veces, los encierros inspiran. Algunas sociedades se derrumban pero la vida siempre vuelve, aunque est\u00e9 te\u00f1ida de muerte. El aislamiento se vive como un naufragio. Nunca estuvimos tan distanciados pero tambi\u00e9n tan unidos: en el mismo miedo y el coraje, en el mismo desaf\u00edo.\u00a0 Vivimos un inmenso vac\u00edo, abrazos postergados y despedidas que no fueron. El virus puede correr al hombre de su eje. Hay quienes creen que la pandemia dejar\u00e1 alguna ense\u00f1anza. Por ahora, aunque se decret\u00f3 el fin de la cuarentena, y TODAS las actividades est\u00e1n permitidas (menos ir a la Universidad), la mayor\u00eda estamos con desgano, sin visi\u00f3n de futuro (menos en este pa\u00eds), no nos animamos aun a hacer planes, nos sigue invadiendo el sentimiento de soledad y no podemos olvidar a todas las Abigail, Solange y Lara que partieron en soledad.&#8211; \u00bfVa a ser sencillo abandonar el barbijo? Si ya es parte de nuestro rostro. Como toda tendencia social habr\u00e1 que respetar las individualidades, entrar\u00e1 en juego la libertad personal; hay una dimensi\u00f3n colectiva del cuidado de uno mismo y del otro. El encierro llev\u00f3 a la falta de ganas, a la nostalgia y a la tristeza.&#8212;Pero todo se supera. No seamos due\u00f1os de euforias m\u00e1gicas ni de resignaci\u00f3n. Tenemos el deber y la obligaci\u00f3n, para nuestra propia salud mental, de recuperar v\u00ednculos, adquirir confianza, tener proyectos, alimentar la esperanza.
